My philosophy towards nutrition counseling includes a non-diet approach to health. The premise is to eliminate food rules and to teach you how to become in tune with and honor your body's hunger and fullness. In addition, it includes guidelines for managing specific medical conditions such as high cholesterol, hypertension, and diabetes. Below is a list of the services I offer.

Meet Brooke at your favorite supermarket and she will help you analyze
your typical shopping cart and help you determine which foods to choose--
and which to lose. Brooke will teach you helpful shopping tips and how to
read nutrition labels. |
