Initial Consultation (50 minutes)

In your first session, you and Brooke will:

  • Establish goals - realistic goals you can achieve
  • Review your medical information - your history, lab results, and concerns
  • Discuss your current habits - what's working, what's not
  • Create an exercise schedule for you - include the activities you love, forget the ones you don't
  • Tailor a plan for you - safe, effective, and specialized to your needs and preferences

Follow-up Sessions (available in 30 or 50 minutes)

In these meetings, you and Brooke will:

  • Use various self reflection tools - journals, food diaries, and practical chats to track your process
  • Dive deep into the principles of intuitive eating - learning to have a more natural relationship with food

Supermarket Outing

Brooke will:

  • Accompany you to your favorite supermarket to shop for groceries
  • Help you navigate those confusing nutrition labels
  • Discuss your current habits - what's working, what's not
  • Plan for satisfying, tasty, balanced meals

Restaurant Outing

Meal outings include:

  • Eat at a restaurant of your choosing
  • Read the menu together and choose appropriate foods
  • Practice mindful eating in a real setting
  • Find ways to feel more comfortable eating in restaurants
